I'm currently a senior at the University of Pennsylvania majoring in Digital Media Design. I'm also a submatriculant in the Master's program in Computer Graphics and Game Technology. My coursework has included a traditional computer science program as well as courses in computer graphics, animation, and game development. In addition, I've done some research in animation.
I've been doing web development since I was ten. Through the years, I have designed over 70 different websites. Many of my clients were small businesses in the web hosting industry, some of which became quite popular (such as HostGator.com). I'm also an IT Manager at the Weiss Tech House, a hub on campus for student inventors and entrepreneaurs. I've designed, developed, and tested web applications that are used by students across the university.
Video games have been my hobby since I was four, when I started playing Super Mario Bros. on the NES. I play a variety of games and own all three "next generation" consoles. As such, I'm quite interested in game development and would love to work on gameplay some day.
My interests thus encompass many different areas. Overall, I think of myself as an engineer that has an eye for design. I enjoy designing and developing software, then testing it to make sure it is usable and secure.
